Family Holiday Traditions
My 3 my tradition buddies đ no matter what, I am committed to pulling myself out of bed for them & making our celebrations happen.
I give myself permission to fall apart and sit in my sorrows, ride the waves of grief when I need to â this typically happens late at night and when I have 0 kids in my house. Especially this time of year.
By the time they get back to me, Iâm mostly ready to seize the day & continue on making opportunities for us to create family memories.
